Ryde TechPro was started by Andrew Rallings with the aim of helping simplify home tech and delivering outstanding customer focussed service.

 

With over 30 years of experience in tech support, Andrew has helped countless people feel more confident and comfortable with their tech at home. Whether it’s setting up a new Wi-Fi network, fixing a slow computer, syncing devices, or troubleshooting tricky issues on both Windows and Apple systems, Andrew has seen (and solved) it all.

 

Having spent 10 years each at Apple and Atlassian (plus numerous other tech companies), Andrew knows the ins and outs of tech from both the user and tech company side. He has a knack for explaining things in simple terms and a real passion for helping people get the most out of their technology.
